We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, unwashed and hair-free. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Processing begins after the item is received at USayPet. Please note there may be delays due to COVID. Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy below, please allow upto 10 days for processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded due to a return.
